I don't make good home made biscuits, but like these frozen Pillsbury ones. I had been unsuccessful finding them at Kroger recently but scored a bag at Costco. They did not disappoint 😊

YOU are a woman after my own heart. I also make Pillsbury biscuits - but mine come in a roll - in a container - in the refrigerated section of the market. I now have Mike's recipe for biscuits - I have no idea if that will work or not - I make ship's biscuits - you need two cups of tea to soak them in just so you can chew them. That looks like a fantastic dinner. 💜 Have a very Happy Easter!

Happy Easter, Jergens. Although the biscuits in a tube are fine, they really don't taste like homemade to me. The frozen ones do. The calorie count on the pkg. says 180 per biscuit but mine was less (I weighed it). The bag has 38 biscuits. The nice thing is I can pull out as many as I need (3 tonight....1 for me) to cook & won't be tempted to eat too many.

I never knew that there was such a thing as frozen biscuits. Could you tell me what brand you use. That would be nice to have one every now and again, especially on a special occassion. (And I'm sure an occassional biscuit would be fine for me because I am not on keto or Atkins 2010.)

Ah - this information - I will always remember! I am afraid to make Mike's biscuits since the recipe makes 6 biscuits...that leads to disaster - because biscuits NEED butter & jam is nice...then there is cheese - and peanut butter has a moment. Disaster!!!
