Good evening everyone, watch out for danger, trees falling etc, if you are in a bad part of the country be extra careful. we all need to stay safe. If that means working from home again so be it. I have To go out, But I live in the south of England, so I am slightly safer than some. weigh in for me Sunday so only time will tell on how I have done. Good luck to you all for your weigh ins. good luck to you to merry mel. my weigh in is tomorrow and I've not walked as much this week as we've had a lot of rain so not feeling too optomistic atm

Just a lb again merry mel. I find it hard to stay positive when it's such a small amount but I'm not gonna let it deter me!
