Hi regret eating the herring in a sauce. firstly one helping was 100g I had the whole tin thinking it was one helping I had 200g it didn't seem much. but I read it after I had eaten it and gosh horror 🙃 I had eaten 505 calories silly me but I put salad greens a yellow baby pepper and cherry tomatoes with it. The worst thing is it wasn't that nice, if I eat that many calories again it better be worth it like a big piece of chocolate creamy thick caramel cake not Herring!!!!.Boy I have learned not to eat that again . Silly me. Learn the hard way that's definitely me. Merry Mel. 🤩. Be careful people. xxx

😂 I did that with a pasta portion last week. then after asking on here found out the difference between the dried weight and cooked was more than double! 😂 we all do it sometimes. Don't let it worry ya. x

Its difficult when its day before weighday…. Day AFTER weighday is easy to go wild! Change your weigh day to erm, say, thursday or friday
