That was just one day. Now you can go back to being prudent. I love Chili Relleno but have never seen it grilled like that, but then we don't go out much.

Oh delish. I was just lamenting the fact that we lost our neighborhood sit down Mexican place to the plague. In its place - another bar. They had the best tortilla soup and nachos. and I'm not a nachos girl very often. guess we'll be making our own.

I love margaritas, but I was stunned to find out how many calories are in them. They can taste wonderful!

jazzminflower, look up vitamix whole fruit margarita. you can do it in any blender and it tastes much better than margarita mix (syrup). it's basically one lemon, one lime, one orange, tequila, triple sec or grand mariner and ice. we do the fruit on the rocks when not under house arrest, but it also tastes great blended.

lol, that's why it's called a whole fruit margarita, because Americans like slushees. I like sipping tequilas, but at this point, I'd just like to leave my house again.
