I've been naughty food wise today. banana and porridge for breakfast, lunch Christmas pudding ( small ) and yoghurt. Dinner cheese and biscuits with cranberry sauce. all sounds OK until I add Toblerone yummy. Tomorrow is my weigh in. so I will report the results tomorrow. I truly hope you all have had a good New year. those who haven't I am here for you. much love to you all. Merry Mel 🤩.
