hang I grrr juergens motivation is all we need sometimes. I struggle so to just not gain, hard to focus on losing..

"hang I grrr?" - okay then - Motivation okay - I have about 24 pounds left - almost lost 50 pounds of "stored energy" - and I have to stay motivated...stay motivated ... stay motivated.
