On YouTube there is a channel called Spain On a Fork. I recently made the salmon and chickpea stew and it was fantastic! I think you might like it, check it out!

Bear, it made the salmon very moist & the taste combo was pretty good. I usually like a crisp outer layer on my salmon. This was a nice change.
