Thanks everyone, for kindness and support. But my time in Hastings has pulled the pounds on. Nevertheless I wouldn't of changed things for the word. I have put on 2.2lbs and now need to lose 5.2lbs not 3lbs. So here I go again. I hope everyone is doing better than me. Best of luck. Merry Mel 🤩
