Bandrai, coat each shrimp in flour, salt & pepper mix, then beaten egg, then sweetened coconut flakes & panko mix. Brown each side in coconut oil.

so do you do that thing that I do where I sometimes eat "yellow" or "red" or "green" meals? just curious. this is a pretty great Yellow meal. lol

Thanks Bandrai, CC, Melissa & DeeDee! It was a coincidence that my meal was all yellow 😊🌞 I cooked the squash to keep the calories lower since I'd just spent 3 hours snacking at our neighbor's.
