This meal was good, but that chicken breast was pretty high in calories. I can cook a pretty mean piece of chicken with a bit of EVOO & Panko lightly sprinkled in the oven for fewer calories but all the taste. That's why I have played around with recipes...so I can eat well AND healthy.
