hello, it's only me. how are you all doing. I feel like saying Hidi - Hi. Oh I just have!!!.🤣😅. weigh in tomorrow. I have walked 18,450 today, now worn out. it happened by accident because I did my usual Saturday walk the out skirts of a huge park the about 3 miles home. Then after Lunch, the phamisty hadn't sent my prescription so I walked about a mile or so to pick it up. That is how I reached all those steps. what's everyone else done? I am very interested.
