I did everything bagel on my chicken last night as a change up. yours is prettier.

I adapted my meal from a magazine recipe. It called for fresh corn but I didn't have any, so I used the beets. The chicken was cooked differently. I just brined my to make it moist & cooked it in the oven....five minutes under the broiler at the end to give it a little color.
