How do you guys feel about proper cheat meals ?

it's Friday night, well deserved cheat meal on its way and I already just feel sooooo guilty and haven even eaten it yet.

The week's overall calories are still good but I just can't shake this feeling of dread ..

I have also been wanting to ask about this. I'm keen to hear how people do "cheats". I try to aim for a cheat day once every 2 weeks. I try not to go crazy but rather have a day where I don't count calories and don't do any fasting. I think that having a mental break is important when doing a long term lifestyle change like this. Having a set day allows me to stay good because I know my cheat day or cheat meal is coming! Not that I don't enjoy how I eat but having something you wouldn't normally eat is exciting :)

Food can't make you feel bad 🤣🤣. Enjoy. Start again tomorrow. You are just human.
