today, i have walked a lot, 12,656. so I am happy. Tomorrow is weigh day I will be up but I've eaten too much wrong foods. ot will be OK. I have a fortnight before I go to see my best friend Angela. Cannot wait. Have a very happy Bank Holiday everyone. Those's who are not having a Bank Holiday have a happy weekend. Best wishes Merry Mel.
