Woke at 224.0, down .4 from yesterday. Eating lighter today to catch back up on my calorie goal. UPDATE: Fasted until noon but drank black coffee. Weighed 224.6. Ate sardines and a scoop of protein powder in the last of the coffee for lunch. UPDATE 2: Got to 225.3 by dinnertime. Ate some chicken and cheese wraps. Denise brought me home a low-calorie cherry limeade from Sonic. It tasted too sweet, though, and I was afraid they did a full-sugar version. I took blood glucose and ketone reading. Got 110 glucose and .3 ketones. But I don't know if that 110 meant the drink had sugar in it or not. The ketone reading was actually not bad.
