Lunch today was White Cheddar Popcorn (2 cups) & Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato soup. Sometimes the best way to feel full is to eat something that takes time to consume it. By the time you've finished it, you don't want anything else. Works for me, anyway.

It definitely works for me too. A big bowl of fruit, a huge bowl of popcorn, all low-cal, satisfying and the time it takes to consume them is a big part of it.
