TODAY I knew things would be up..because of me not recording everything. I know I can eat too much. so I have asked Jim to be my diet manager. I hope everyone else is doing well. have a wonderful evening or day depending on where you come from. Mel.

Hi Mel glad your OK and I hope you and Jim are in a better place..... Blimey it as been months that the grudge as been held. God knows what you said but let's hope you don't say it again.
