I've been going up and down the last 2 months. I haven't logged any food and it didn't help much. I started working again so some days I'll eat everything I see when I get home. When I get up at 12, 2 and 5am for bubs, I find myself going to the kitchen to snack. ive put a stop to it once again and took some time to get my mindset back. My goal for end of March was 73kg. and I'm a bit out. Wedding date got moved sooner so I'm stressing about that dress. No, I'm not losing weight just to look better on my wedding day, Im also doing it for myself. I don't fit into my pre pregnancy clothes at all! Jeans fit again but tops and jackets are a no go at the moment... And with winter coming I'm not buying new clothes!! I hope to attempt a bit of a keto diet. Not that it fits into my doctor's orders of a low fodmap diet but I'll work with my dietician on that part. Excited to get walking again and maybe a bit of jogging kf my arrhythmia is in check. I also have a drs appointment for a cervical cancer situation comming up. Stress eating doesn't help at all!
