Mel, do not go on a slimfast diet, every single person I know it messed with their digestion. You don’t want to screw up your digestion. You’re skinny anyway you don’t have that much to lose! Love your cover photo, great looking grandkids!!❤️👍🌺🌺

Ok everyone, I keep comfort eating I know with doing this in the past it works. I'm daft I know but it makes me feel good. Please don't worry. Jim and I are still at limbo. But he did say just now that he wants to get back where we were. So we will but Jim's like a very slow snail we will plod on. I'm still a little low but better than I was.
