so how do I calculate calories for all that combined? such as...today I sauted maybe 1/2 cup of shredded chicken with garlic seasoning, salt, pepper (not much) 1/4 cup of spinach, 1/4 cup of peppers and onions then put on a tortilla with shredded cheese. so good but idk if I'm calculating right or not.

Jessica, I weighed each ingredient as I added it & entered it in my log. If it's a dish that is prepared with several servings, I calculate each ingredient & divide by servings. If I can't enter the ingredients in my log right away sometimes I jot them down on a notepad & calculate them later.
