Snowball effect...I see Mer's salad on FS...think it looks good. Decide to make one for myself...Hubby says he'd like one...but maybe some chili, too. Next thing I know I'm eating Chili ;-) Just under 400 calories.

Mer, yes...I halved a colby & cheddar cheese stick between mine & Hubby's salad. I used Bolthouse Farms cilantro avocado dressing on mine. Thanks for the inspiration!

Mer, Feta is my favorite cheese to add to my salads. Love the taste & it's calorie friendly. I went with the cheese stick cause I was making the salads for Hubby & I & he doesn't like feta. I was also mixing it up a bit. I usually put shredded cheddar on his.
