My friend told me to stand up 2 days ago and she took the picture on the right. She put these 2 pictures together and I was shocked. The picture on the left is from the day before I started my health journey (10 December 2020). I haven't really been able to see the difference in myself until this image... I am feeling so incredibly proud of how far I have come.
