My day was sucky. I foolishly took off from the gym Sunday for a break. Monday I ended up not being able to go. Yesterday I woke up from 1:40-5:15 a.m. So I slept until 7 and then couldn't get home from work in time to go before needing to pick up my 12 year old from something she has on Tuesdays. Missing three days in a row absolutely disgusts me. I know it sounds dramatic but it pisses me off. Alarm is set for 5 again but yet here I am unable to sleep. Just more irritating than I can put into words. I'm awake enough to not be able to sleep but not with enough energy to get up and clean the house or have a great workout if I just went now. Sorry to complain. At least today if I can't go early, I can go tonight...about 80% sure. That being said...I'm alive and blessed. Hope your day was good!
