Weighing earlier in the morning now. Weighing later in the day is cheating as one loses water. Weight constant at 9am which is actually weight loss vs weighing in afternoon.
104.2 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
