Exercise done for today. Was a power session only with no cardio. Just weight training. Did my cardio yesterday which was a mix of walking and jogging. Food intake going well. Still staying within my 1700 calorie per day range. That's what I need after calculating my BMR and what my daily calorie expenditure is. Was craving last night for a glass of cordial. I had it and after that and today, no cravings. Listening to my body as well. Have a good day everyone.
