It's been a tough week for me interms of my weight . Had the injury so I couldn't work out ..Had to rely solely on my eating to ensure I still was on track. Was able to walk a lot and that helped but still I'm feeling meh.
Really in a space that does not support my working regular workouts even though I walk. I can tell I've gained a bit of weight..not sure how much yet.
At this point I'm not feeling demotivated, just frustrated.
