This is what I do.. Get busy on a project, sew, diy or spring clean. Full the fridge with healthier snacks. Get rid of the temptation. Make things from scratch and take moments during the day to think about how far I've come and what I'm are aiming for.

You’ve made such awesome progress. I’m sure the break will not affect you negatively.

Hi @Pavendree naidoo, what works for me is pre planning my meals. I Create a simple dinner menu for Monday - Friday, write all ingredients I don’t have for the meals and do the shopping in one go. Then on Friday I create the weekend menu and shop accordingly. It’s helped in that every time myself or my husband wants to jump on a whim and get takeout it’s easier to not get it because I can tell myself we don’t actually need it because we have food already. Sometimes I even make 1 or 2 very large one pot wonders that’s easy to freeze in smaller portions so if I don’t feel like cooking I still can’t make excuses for bad eating. As for snacking, just stock up on healthier options. But also what I do is I allow myself one small treat in the evening that fits within my calorie consumption. My only rule is to stay away from ice cream and pastries because those are my weaknesses. 1 plain chocolate milk or dark choc in the eve with whey protein powder mixed with double cream plain yoghurt. Plain popcorn is my go to snack as well or home made guacamole dip or hummus with easy to dip raw veg. Jelly with yoghurt is another dessert I sometimes have on hand to curb the sweet tooth. Frozen blueberries are always a winner as is, they taste like little frozen sweet treats. 🌻
