Is there anything specific we should be doing to lose excess belly fat? I’m so scared I’m not losing weight from that area. Haven’t weighed myself. Just a feeling when i look in the mirror.

I totally get you on this one, even more so after having two babies 😫 don't get me wrong I wouldn't change it, but the difference in my body is harsh... Especially since you "can't spot reduce" but your body tends to store fat in specific places 😭 If you find an answer let me know

Lol please do - hence why my username is WAISTaway - my waist line is my biggest concern, my worst obsession, my biggest insecurity. I have seen a significant change over the last few months though 🙏

You can’t target a certain area. The more weight you lose the more your waist will slim down. Everyone has different body types. Figure out which one is yours

It’s impossible to isolate fat loss to a particular region sadly. As you carry on throughout your fat loss journey you’ll begin to lose fat in all the areas. Unfortunately belly fat is the last to go. Also, don’t focus solely on fat loss. Work on building strength too (regardless of whether you’re male or female). When you lack muscle density it gives off… An illusion basically, that you are fatter than you actually are. It’s difficult to put into words but I hope it’s somewhat understandable.

I lost 8cm in my waist last week from intermittent fasting, I only eat between 11.30am and 6pm. It really helps
