136 hours into my 168 hour water fast (7 days). 💦☕️ Feeing great so far. A long shopping spree seemed to be a bit of a challenge 🛒 will electrolyte-up with pink salt in a bit... last night was a bit tough with some hunger pangs here and there.. but not feeling hungry in the slightest today!
