what am I doing to myself? NAUGHTY NAUGHTY. Seeing my weight shoot up so high just before Christmas is appalling I am usually 8stone 2lbs 8stone 10lbs is NOT ME..SO COME ON MERRYMEL WAKE UP AND GET THE WEIGHT OFF BEFORE CHRISTMAS. NOW. LESS talk more ACTION DO IT DON'T JUST TALK THE TALK DO THE WALK AS WELL.

You can do it! Don’t want to scare you (I scared myself) but there are 40 days til christmas!! Concentrate!!

Make sure to be kind to yourself too- progress is important but it’s not all that’s important so don’t be too hard on yourself. As long as you’re doing your best that’s all you can ask of yourself. Keep yourself motivated but also keep yourself happy :) Take care!

Try Nutricali’s water drinking. I’m sure it’s helped me this week. You do 100’s of wee’s for the first few days then your body gets used to it. Don’t fret too much! (Easy to say) weight is important but its not EVERYTHING.
