Seeing your BMI change from “Obese 3” to “Obese 2” and then “Obese 1” and finally “Overweight” is quite something 💃💃💃 JUST overweight is something that I haven’t seen in ages! Definitely a scale victory that I would take! Next up on the BMI victories - reaching “Normal” which is 14.2kgs away...

How do you calculate your actual BMI??

Thanks ladies 😊 @Gabi - there are multiple calculators online that you can use. I also use another app titled “monitor my weight” which calculates it automatically. The formula for it is weight / (length x length). Weight in kgs and length in meters
