phew, so decided to go back to gym, been 2 full weeks already, and going good. 6 times a week, gym doesn't open on Sunday :( but no complaints.
just taking it daily, and tryna get motivation, inner motivation..
2 weeks later, 4kgs down, YEY...
Sticking to that for now, cause i at least end of January want to lose 15 - 20kgs, possible!!!
Stopped with the roast veggies coated with olive oil, YUM.
Not eating bread, nor sugar. pasta and well, rice and lentils can all be on the waiting list. omw, not to mention roast potatoes / mashed potatoes, fries. AH WELL!!!
Seeing the changes, its all worth it in my books. and those steamed veggies aren't so bad at all :) **convincing myself** lol.
but im sure when im 20kgs lighter id say "THANK GOD I STOPPED EATING THOSE"
