Hey Cookie!! 🍪 I’m not too bad, I’ve done a couple of 72 hour fasts before, I’m pretty good at pulling through when my mindset is right... I usually do it after a had a bit of a treat weekend 😉 I’m slightly hungry and struggling to sleep now. It’s one of the common side effects... I’m on 60 hours now, so will probably break the fast tomorrow lunch time.
