From 70kg to 52.4kg in 1 year 4.5 months and all done just with good eating. after my 2nd pregnancy I had to cancel my gym contract. My husband on the other hand has almost 20 years of experience in dieting gyming and good eating habits. I have learnt alot over the years from him and we have always stuck to just good eating habits even when not dieting. This was a slow journey but almost at my goal weight of 50kg. although I thing that I should have stayed at 55kg. I'm currently stuck at the 52kg mark but love it and dont want to loose more.

Thank you to everyone for the wonderful words. Weight loss is a really difficult thing to achieve. I hope that this post can help and motivate even just 1 person. You all can do it just stay positive
