Fat Mike's's Journal, 14 May 20

Made a chicken, red kidney bean and mushroom pie today. Base is almond and coconut flour base. Top is smashed potato with strips of the almond coconut base.

Took a pic after first slice to see the juicy inside.

Bobbing around the 139 to 143kg mark. Only focusing on holding on till i find a bit of mojo after the 1st June 2020. Too much time on my hands making my mouth bored and my tummy oversized
