My Speed Keto Meal 🤍 Rosemary and Garlic Cheese Scones with a dollop of butter, mixed veggies and Moroccan Rib Eye Steak

Hi Shai, 4 eggs, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/3 cup coconut flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 50 - 150g cheese (depends on how much cheese you like) and up to two teaspoons of spices you like. 🧀🥥 mix the egg, melted butter and spices thoroughly. Add the coconut flour and baking powder - mix until it has a smooth consistency, stir in the cheese. Use a spoon to shape them on an oiled baking paper / baking tray / silicon mat. Bake @200c for 15 minutes.

I worked out about 194 cal but i could be wrong.... got about 7 small out of one batch

Hi 👋 I suppose it’s all in how big you make them. Mine was quite tiny, I got 12 out of my batch and works out at 118cals per scone
