I have decided my old tactic of weighing every day wasn't working i got too focused on dropping on the scale and when it didn't got upset and ate so I packed it away to avoid temptation and will now only weigh in at the end of the month

I had to put my scale away because I was obsessed with weighing myself. It was driving me insane. 🙊And every time I didn't like what the scale said I over indulged. Now my cloths do the measuring. Am happier😊
