Woke at 217.4, down 1.2 from yesterday. One of my team's birthdays today so I had a piece of chocolate cake at 11 am with coffee. Brought beef into the office for lunch and will do pork chops tonight. UPDATE: OMG, I was STARVING an hour after eating that cake! Lesson learned! I ate my beef and a protein bar to get through. Came home at 218.4. Not bad after a big lunch. Made roasted pork for dinner. Ate half and will eat the other half tomorrow.
