Can't wait to stand on the scales tomorrow as have stuck to plan. Off for a game of golf on this windy Sunday.

Thank You its nice to be back to a normal lifestyle and having the time for some 'me time' we all need it. Back to my happy place which is in the kitchen cooking again. Hopefully I'll be back in the 60's soon.😊
