Thanks 😊 I chose my favourite veggies and laid them out on a shallow baking pan. Spiced them with salt, rosemary and sage, sprinkled it with olive oil and stuck in the oven on grill for about 40mins - 1hour and until slightly brown on the edges. It was super easy but frikken delicious! 🧡 p.s I cut the veggies bite size - for bigger sized veggies, it would probs take a bit longer.

ur veggies look yum! i struggle to cook veggies. growing up; veg was so overcooked.... pls share cooking method for veg. tx
