I saw a comment about extra large strawberries....these and some clementines were added to our bowls of watermelon & green grapes for this morning's breakfast.

Moopie, these are cut in half. I tried cutting them thinner a few says ago. Cutting them does help release extra flavor.

Warming citrus a bit before peeling helps a lot too. Fifteen seconds in (yup, I use it to warm stuff) a microwave is enough unless it's a really large grapefruit. I cringe a little when using the microwave -- for heating or reheating only --but haven't broken the habit.
