It's been 3 months since I stopped my diet and I have also stopped recording my food as I was being a little to anal about it. I have made healthier decisions since the weight loss like having salad instead of chips and when having unhealthy food, I have a little, not like before. Also, I now pack a lunch instead of just ordering something. I'm happy with where my mind is. I have my bad days where I have a little more than I should but I then have a few clean days after so I don't feel like I'm depriving myself. I'm in a good place with it and think I can keep it up. Hey, that's what it's about, being happy with who you are and how you look. If other don't like it, they can go and.......

I’ve watched you get to your goal weight pretty quickly and you have done a great job maintaining your weight. I’ve learnt to keep it clean from you. Best way to lose weight and develop healthy habits. I’m happy that you still keep the majority of your meals healthy and allowing small treats. I aim to do the same. This a life long journey. Ae thank you. I honestly wonder if could have done it without the constant support from all of you. Knowing that we were all in the same struggle made it so much easier.
