like today I failed at absolutely everything. I was super tired and just hungry all day long. Totally ate pizza and drank coke. 🙁

It’s ok, it happens and enjoy it! Try to make up for it the rest of the week with healthy choices. I had champagne, a huge steak and chocolate / salted caramel fondant cake with vanilla ice cream ! Totally worth it. Life is also to be enjoyed!sometimes the cheat will shock and boost your metabolism again, that I know from experience !

It just feels like I am failing a lot lately and I am just struggling to get rid of that last 10kg. Just want someone to suck the fat out already!!!!

Don’t give up on yourself! I’m struggling with losing the final 5kg (have been for months now🙇🏽‍♀️). Be kind and patient with yourself, but also check in with yourself. What could be happening within? Sometimes I almost have to step back from myself to give whatever is happening time to work itself out (I know it sounds crazy, but I’ve discovered all sorts of strange things I’m going through subconsciously but am not acknowledging consciously and thus am acting out - an insatiable craving for sweets is usually my sign). And when the issue is addressed or resolved, it’s like my self control returns. It could also be merely physiological. Periods and associated hormones play nonsense games with us women also. So don’t just blame yourself because you’ll feel worse, which will make you stray further away from the wagon. So be patient and be kind to yourself, check in with yourself and if necessary take accountability with measures to address where you fell off the wagon. You can do this🙌🏾 We’re here to help! You’ve got this 👍🏾

We all get those days and we we all over indulge on those days! This do not happen overnight ... this is a marathon. You are not competing against anyone else .. only you ... it is lonely and not easy ... Those who reach their goals are those who get up and keep going ... So ... get up ... keep going ... We all are cheering for you!!!
