Diana - I superset back and biceps so I think if I did only biceps it would be with 20 but the back tires them out (in my opinion). I typically use 15's. They have 17.5# also which I can do but the 15's are used most often. No idea about 1 rep max- presumably higher.

Know what's not impressive? Finding a website where you can put in what you lift and it calculates your 1 rep max and tells you how strong you are compared to others. On that site, I wasn't strong. Maybe everyone lied. 🤷🏻♀️ Has me confused about what is the average weight women use. I have no one to compare to. None of my friends lift (though now they are all asking questions about what I do). 💪🏼💕 a majority of the women seem to do squats only. They only want a nice butt. I want it all. And I'll have it. Time to weigh in and see if I'm up or down.

Wifey - this may seem strange to say- but I feel like we look alike and it makes me like you more. 🤣😂 I do my hair like that sometimes, too. Don't hurt your elbow! My little one (11 so not so little) is stuck in this phase of asking would you rather questions. Her last one - would you rather have no knees or no elbows? It really got the family talking. I immediately thought if I don't have elbows, how will I get the food in my mouth? Lmao. That's what that reminded me of-a bit off subject. 🙃

Don't forget, we all walked around like we had no knees, and then put our hands together to discover we could probably still play video games at least. It was comical. Of course, when I say all, it was just the kids and I cause I'm just a big kid. :P
