Thanks! It really went down well, and the left overs for the next dag was even better!
I grilled onion and garlic in olive oil until crispy and golden brown.
Added the beans and just enough water to cover it in the same pot as the garlic and onions and boiled it just enough to be soft not mushie. I threw the water out
I added fresh cream and butter and allowed the beans to boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
In a separate pan I fried my bacon bits in it’s own fat until crispy.
I added the bacon just before serving it.
It’s completely Keto friendly, but stacks up to about 700 calories per 100grams - it however works for we because I only have one meal a day with less than 1200calories
