Day 2 after I have picked up almost 5kg....
going a bit better! My self control and saying NO to unhealthy things is getting g better ... I am still sometimes craving the “nice” things ... but I know I will over come this. One meal at a time!
111.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
