Cook butternut, leave to cool down. Add chopped red, green, yellow peppers, Add cherry tomatoes, feta & rocket. Salad dressing, teaspoon basil pesto & low fat milk or yoghurt, honey, lemon juice, salt & pepper, Sprinkle lil bitty chilli & mixed herbs. Eat and enjoy!! 😁
