Please tell me how I can gain 700 grams in the span of 2 days when I haven’t been eating very much because I have a head cold 😞😞😞 been eating my normal meal portions.

Might be water retention. Just give it a few days and don't lose motivation.

If you are taking meds, it can cause weight gain.

it's the meds it's causes weight gain , happens to me also, I have trouble sleeping so I take something to help me sleep. I then I see the weight gain .
