My sister just told me I inspired her to go back to Weight Watchers. Second week's weigh in & she's lost 5.2 lbs. 😊 It feels good to spur someone you love to get healthier.

"It feels good to spur someone you love to get healthier." I couldn't agree more! It is actually what I enjoy most about all this. Inspiring my nearest and dearest to be healthier. Keeps me motivated to stay on track myself as well.
