So today was the first day I was over my “allowed” calorie intake!! I am actually not too upset ... as a I was good the whole week! I also know why I went over ... I actually forgot to eat - yes That happened today! That NEVER happens!! Hehe!! But saying that I was not prepared and by later afternoon Inwas soo hungry and there was no healthy options available so I gave in a little! So lesson learned today - ALWAYS be prepared! Plan Plan Plan!
